Scrumptious banana bread infused with coffee for that extra Bosco's bite!

Always looking for ways to use overly ripe bananas and unique ways to incorporate coffee into our recipes. This recipe combines bananas with Bosco's Crumb Cake blend of coffee for a delicious combination that can be serviced with any of our coffees.
Coffee-Banana Bread
Ingredients
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 large banana, mashed
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coffee (We used Bosco's Beans - Crumb Cake blend)
1 cup banana zero calorie yogurt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.
Combine sugar and butter, then add egg in a separate bowl and whisk until smooth. Then add dry ingredients and mix to combine
In another bowl mix together banana, milk, coffee and yogurt and add to the other bowl. The lumps are okay. 😁
Poor batter into loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes
Let cool, remove from loaf pan and ENJOY!
